All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the official receipt to qualify for processing.

Verification & Approval
Our technical team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos to assess the condition of the appliance before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the product in its original box including all manuals, cables, and accessories to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once the item is received and passes a quality inspection, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
